The location was great and brilliant, near buses and ferries as well as the main square and beach. the free parking was an excellent bonus. My room included a balcony and a new carpet.

The location of the venue is marvellous and brilliant, near the centre of town and all the restaurants, the village / main square, and the hill overlooking the Bay of Poets. Elegant atmosphere, nonetheless some people working here are not particularly helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, nice to have bacon and cheese.
There's stain in some areas.

Awesome views across the bay of Poets and beyond. Lovely bed. - Stunning and super location near the castle, restaurants, shops, and cafés.

The location of the hotel is excellent as is the quality of the breakfast, which was the best variety I had experiences in Italy. I would say, however, that the hotel is best served by a superior staff, from the reception to the restaurant, to organizing a local guide as well as transfers the Doria staff excelled. A very enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely stay at Doria Hotel. The staff working here are just wonderful. Very hearty and very service minded! The view from the balcony was stunning! They also serve a wonderful breakfast! We must also recommend their restaurant for dinner! We had the best dinner ever in Italy (been to Italy 6 times before). Very innovative kitchen! We had a wonderful starter with prawns with pistachio crust on avocado moussé which was WOW WOW WOW!
Their "light lunch" offers. Strange dishes and poor quality of the ingredients (e.g. a sallad with can ham in BIG dices, "knäckebröd"-bread and plain salad. The dinner restaurant is something else...It's excellent.

The service minded staff, and the courteous conduct. The huge breakfast buffet.
The elevator was out of order.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the location is absolutely perfect. Situated on a hilltop overlooking the Gulf of Poets, the views from the rooms are simply breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the gorgeous harbour of Lerici every morning from my lovely balcony was a dream come true. The staff here are also top-notch. From the moment I checked in, they were friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure my stay was exceptional. The basic amenities provided in the room were more than sufficient, and the big shower with hot water was a welcome luxury after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the breakfast spread offered panoramic views of the Golfo, and the freshly squeezed orange juice was a delightful touch.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

We stay in room 557 which had a balcony and Fab view of harbor. Easy walk to catch boat to Cinque Terre little bit more difficult walk back. Have stay there 3 times location is perfect for Cinque Terre. Free parking is a huge plus since you can not park in downtown Lerici. Difficult to get luggage to room, just go to reception desk they will send someone immed to help. Pay the difference fr a superior room worth it

Lovely terraces with beautiful views of Lerici and the sea. We were upgraded to a junior suite as it was our honeymoon which was so nice of them. Would highly recommend one if you have the budget - medium sized room but a lovely big bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a big terrace with wonderful views and sun loungers. All very clean and comfortable and a real treat. A 5 minute walk down to the square in Lerici. Free parking. Staff were friendly and gave recommendations of where to eat. We ate at the hotel restaurant on the first night and it was lovely. The buffet breakfast is the best I have ever had and I'm not sure it will ever be topped - the choice is incredible. Lerici is a lovely town in itself and a great base to visit the Cinque de Terre. Would totally recommend. I didn't see a nicer looking hotel while I was in Lerici.
Lots of wasps round the tables at breakfast - would be nice if they had citronella candles like they do at dinner. Not a big deal though.
